Customer Buying Decision

                                                  Customer Buying Decision

·

Problem Recognition → Foremost, the problem for a conveyance arose in Pune. Too much traffic and rising petrol costs were a major factor in deciding that I should be going forward to buy a bike. Getting a car proved to be costly and a bike proved apt according to the situation.

·      Information Search → Deliberations with family, friends and colleagues decided upon 3 choices. HONDA stunner, Bajaj Pulsar and Yamaha FZ as they suited the roads and my personal likeness.

·      Evaluation of Alternatives → Then came the most tiring part of evaluation of the three alternatives. Evaluation of each bike in the respective showroom, cost, technicalities, paperwork, test ride and talks with people who have used the product.

·         Purchase Decision → After a lot of deliberation and discussion with colleagues and family, I chose HONDA stunner 125 as my purchased product as it suited the three areas which I was keen on – Power, Style and mainly Average.

Postpurchase Behavior → After using the bike for almost a year, it has been                              satisfying experience with the product giving optimum service and average,                                    low maintenance and a good riding experience.
